Licensor reviewed MERIT onsite with Director KR on 2/29/2024, and observed that 19 employees, Bloodborne Pathogens training has expired, and was not renewed prior to expiring. (10) Licensor reviewed MERIT onsite with Director KR on 2/29/2024 and observed Lead Teacher OF (10/29/2023) and Assistant Teacher HS’s (02/23/2024) First Aid and CPR trainings have expired and were not renewed prior to expiring. (11) Licensor reviewed MERIT onsite with Director KR on 2/29/2024 and observed that 10 employees (exceeding 90 days of employment), have not completed 30 hours of STARS Childcare Basic training. (3) Licensor reviewed MERIT onsite with Director KR on 2/29/2024 and observed that 14 employees Safe Sleep training has expired or has not been completed. (8)
